The Koszalin Seaside Trail, also known as the Baltic or Blue Trail, is a part of the international, long-distance E9 hiking trail, which starts in Portugal and ends in Estonia. The entire world route is 4500 km long, the length of the Polish section is 377.8 km and it runs from Świnoujście to Żarnowiec. The Koszalin section is 102 km long and is intended mainly for pedestrians. It can also be traversed by bike, although part of the trail, e.g. between Dźwirzyno and Kołobrzeg or between Łazy and Dąbkowice, runs through the sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea coast.
